After graduating with my degrees in Exercise Science in 2017 & masters in 2019, becoming a college anatomy teacher, the world turned online and I became a mom.

A fresh new mom joyful to have this precious little baby in my arms yet I literally couldn’t hold my pee long enough to get to the bathroom,Â

With all the education and knowledge about the human body I had, I knew it wasn’t enough. This couldn’t be normal. I needed specific training and education on the pregnant and postpartum body to be able to help my body. I then pursued certifications to become Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist & Athleticism coach.

And that’s where I found my sweet spot, my passion and love for the human body again. I found myself pushing to start my own fitness business
